PinMeTo helps businesses get discovered, found, and verified on the biggest search, map, and social media platforms.
Our online Software as a Service (SaaS) platform makes sure all of a chain or franchise’s locations can be found on multiple search, map, and social media platforms, including Apple, Facebook, Google, Instagram, Twitter, Foursquare, and many more.
Having left the startup phase, we are now scaling up with market presence in order to deliver our unique product to world leading brands. We are therefore in search of a Customer Success Assistant working with all of our markets. This position will be based in either Sopot, Poland or Malmö, Sweden.
About the job & the team:
The Customer Success Assistant role is the heart of the Customer Success team and therefore at the heart of the company. In the team we have specialist functions that help the clients with everything from simple to complex technical questions, to advising the clients in Tactical & Strategic Marketing. This position comes into play in the middle of that mix. You will support the different specialist roles with day to day tasks. Examples of responsibilities are: structuring data and information, assisting in client meetings, supporting problem solving of technical issues, helping with customer support and acting as the right hand for technical and Location Marketing specialists.
The Customer Success team at PinMeTo is located in Malmö and Sopot, Poland. Customer Success makes sure the client gets onboarded and set up to suit their needs both from an organizational and technical point of view. The team also handles day to day user support. Furthermore we guide and advise existing customers in all things Location Marketing to ensure they get the very best value from being a PinMeTo customer.
Your profile:
- Interested in location marketing
- Structured & self organized
- An eye for detail
- Customer oriented
- Creates harmony from chaos
- Good to have working knowledge of Google Workspace & Slack
- Must not be allergic to spreadsheets (you should like to structure and work with data)
- Digital native (know your way around digital services, apps and online tools)
- Business level English, written & verbal. Other European Language is a plus (such as German, French & Spanish)
