PinMeTo helps businesses get discovered, found, and verified on the biggest search, map, and social media platforms.
Our online Software as a Service (SaaS) platform makes sure all of a chain or franchise’s locations can be found on multiple search, map, and social media platforms, including Apple, Facebook, Google, Instagram, Twitter, Foursquare, and many more.
Having left the startup phase, we are now scaling up with market presence in order to deliver our unique product to world leading brands. We are therefore in search of a Delivery Manager to join our Customer Success Organization. This is a position where most of your team is working close to our European offices in central Malmö in Sweden, Sopot in Poland or Lisbon in Portugal. This is a full time position.
About the job & the team
As the Delivery Manager for Support, Client Advisory and Professional Services within the Customer Success organization you are at the heart of the company. In the team we have specialist functions that help the clients with everything ranging from easy & complex technical questions, to advising the clients in tactical & strategic Marketing. The goal of the function is to keep retention, engagement and adoption high. Responsibilities include ensuring that PinMeTo’s customers get optimal value from using PinMeTo.
As Delivery Manager you will drive processes & projects that aim to increase customer loyalty, ensure value from using PinMeTo, maximize customer stickiness, act as liaison in partner related questions & manage knowledge sharing within the team as well as other departments.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the team to ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries
- Perform resource allocations and workload assignments according to delivery requirements
- Ensure that the team maintains a high level of competence and operational excellence
- Prevent churn and keep retention high resulting in a positive net churn well over the B2B SaaS average
- Grow the number of users
- Improve user usage
- Analyze customer account and user health
- Support users with solutions to issues
- Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries and concerns
Your profile
- Process and Project management skills
- You are expected to have excellent Business English language skills
- Other major European language is a plus but not required
- Background from any of the following industry sectors is a plus: B2B SaaS & Customer Service
