We are excited to welcome yet another star to our small, yet very valued, Business Process Team working out of our Headquarters in Danderyd, Stockholm. This team are the product experts to whom colleagues and customers turn to when in need of help, advice and technical competence. We build strong, long lasting relations with our customers and actively work to obtain and develop broad knowledge of their needs. You will belong to a team of 5 team members reporting to Head of Business Process & Systems.
As our new Customer Success Engineer you will be responsible for Tobii´s product support and onboarding of customers for our most recent initiatives Sticky and Sprint!
The perfect role for you who love bringing customers to that “Aha!” moment. If you have previous experience from technical pre-sales or support of cloud- and web based applications and enjoy a customer facing role with a variety of work tasks, keep reading!
The role and responsibilities
The Customer Success Engineer will support Tobiis relationship with customers in in the market research and user experience customer segment, with the support from the rest of the team and in close collaboration with sales and the product development team.
Your days will be filled with:
Being the voice of the customer within Tobii
Supporting customer requests via live chat.
Performing onboarding activities to ensure customer success.
Proactive analysis customers use of the services.
Working with the product team to ensure we carry the customers voice in the development of features and customer experience.

We are looking for someone who
Around 1-3 years of experience from technical customer support, pre-sales or customer service preferably in the market research or IT industry.
A passion for new technology especially for cloud and web-based applications.
Great communication skills. You feel comfortable to interact with the tech savvy people while you can make computer novices feel supported and understood as well.
The ability to multitask
A proactive approach
Fluency in English
