As Customer Success Intern you will work with delivering superior customer service to our clients. Internship Focus
Identify leads and contacts to our open programs
Help drive the sales process and buyer journey
Direct client contact through email outreach and follow-ups
Make new contacts, participate in networking events, and represent the company in different contexts.
Contribute to developing sales and customer success strategies
Assist our program manager with related tasks to reach sales goals
Requirements
Customer-oriented: eager to meet sales goals & create measurable results by providing superior customer service
Knowledge in digital development is a plus, but perhaps more crucial is having an interest in the digital field
You are empathetic and can build relationships quickly
A commitment to continuous growth – learning and feedback is part of our DNA!
You thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and have an eagerness to make a difference
Strong command of written and spoken English OR Swedish – both is a big plus
Knowledge of powerpoint and experience in making presentations is a plus
Strong team-orientation
Relevant education in Business Administration, Engineering or related fields
You will be working with our multidisciplinary and growth-oriented team and will have the opportunity to learn about new technology developments as well as a wide variety of the domains and industries our clients are in. The length of the internship program is 3-6 months. We are looking for an intern to start as soon as possible, so send your application right away!
