About Joint Academy
We are a team of researchers, software developers, designers and other professionals creating a digital treatment for one of the world's most common treatments: osteoarthritis (OA) and joint pain. Our platform connects patients with trained physiotherapists, and gives them access to education and an individualized daily schedule of exercises. Everything we do is based on world-class science, and the effectiveness of our treatment has been validated by several peer-reviewed studies. Joint Academy fundamentally changes OA treatment by delivering an evidence-based, scalable and cost-effective online solution.
We’re looking for an entrepreneurial individual to join our Customer Success team in Sweden to manage the client lifecycle from implementation to developing long-term relationships with our partners.
The ideal candidate holds a licence as a Physical Therapist or other medical profession and possesses customer success experience within the healthcare space. We’re looking for you who are ambitious and excited to improve healthcare and build long-term relationships with our clients to increase the awareness and distribution of Joint Academy.
About the role
In your role as Customer Success Manager you will be working on improving healthcare on the front lines every day as a trusted advisor for our partners. You will lead multiple projects with partners and work and collaborate closely with your colleague’s in customer success.
You will build long-term relationships with our partners and support in helping and improving the benefits of working with Joint Academy, both online and on-site visits.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain customer relationships support in helping and improving the benefits of working with Joint Academy
Responsible for onboarding and developing educations for new partnerships, making sure partners get the best start working with Joint Academy
Project management and coordinate activities when implementing joint academy
Recurring Online and on-site educations
Monitoring and analysis of partners to seek improvement, and perform actions and follow ups’ accordingly
Develop (with other teams) education material and campaigns
Business development of current partnership
Contract and onboarding of new partnerships (incoming leads)
Identify new leads and engaging in contract dialogues
Support the develop and improve processes and workflows
Requirements
You have experience from the Swedish healthcare industry and have a good understanding of the healthcare market, preferably with digital healthcare experience
Proven track record working with customer relations management, client success and/or account management
You are a licensed medical professional within Physical Therapy or another relevant medical profession
You are motivated to be be a part of developing the future of healthcare
You have experience in project management and post sales implementation
You are experienced and comfortable in creating presentations and presenting to different stakeholders (physical and digital)
You are comfortable working with different digital tools
You are pragmatic, responsible and structured in your way of working
You are proactive and have a positive approach - ability to get things done
You have strong communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills
You are comfortable working remotely and independently
Experience of working in CRM tools (preferably Salesforce)
Full professional proficiency in Swedish and in English
You are located in Sweden with a permanent Swedish job permit
