Role: Customer Success Manager
We are experiencing strong market traction and are now looking for an ambitious Customer Success Manager to join our awesome team at Norrsken House in central Stockholm. This is a role where you need to master the fine art of combining hands-on work in a dynamic startup environment with strong execution power to ensure that we simultaneously are building a scalable and future proof platform for customer excellence.
This is a unique opportunity for the right candidate to enter our growth journey at an early stage and become an important resource in an impact tech startup with global potential.


What you will do:
You will be a key player in representing &Repeat to our most valuable assets, our customers. Your responsibility includes onboarding of our new customers, as well as the continuous support and follow-up to ensure their success and retention. Your day-to-day work will mainly be visiting our customers but will vary tremendously, especially as we are continuously developing our services and building our organizational capabilities for the coming internationalization.
Key Responsibilities:
Implementation and onboarding of new customers
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and their key personnel
Educate and support customers, and their guests, in how to best use our products and services
Work with our customers to continuously improve guest engagement and reduce environmental footprint
Plan and manage customer campaigns to increase guest awareness, engagement, and brand liking
Identify, document, and spread “good practices” between high performing units and those with potential for improvement
Contribute to the continuous development of our products and services by working closely with both sales, marketing, and product development
Traveling within Sweden, launching new customers and attend events



Key Requirements:
Previous experience from working in B2B customer facing roles, preferably with tech related products
A “Customer First” mindset with the ability to build strong relationships with a range of stakeholders
Energetic and highly motivated personality with a strong desire to work in a dynamic tech startup
Ability to prioritize in a hectic environment and proven ability to build structure in both own and colleagues’ workday
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationship with our customers
Experience from the restaurant/food-tech business is preferred

Highly motivated personality who puts prestige in everything you do
Outgoing and appreciate being in contact with various type of people
Team player with the ability to also work independently
