Your tasks:
Manage the customer relationship; you will act as an educational advisor and help with academic journey development of assigned customers (students)
Proactively consult students and parents to understand any changes to their objectives, challenges they might have, and opportunities to advance our partnership
Support your existing and new colleagues by helping to onboard and train them, as well as always exhibit GoStudent’s culture and values Establish effective working relationships to ensure excellent information flow and feedback on process, policy and product changes that will affect our team and customers
Achieve quarterly goals related to product utilization, customer satisfaction and loyalty, and increasing customer value, as well as proactively forecast risks in achieving your goals and develop mitigation plans to minimize them
As we are growing rapidly in this market, you will also lean in to support our customers beyond the scope of your role, help localize customer communication and adapt internal processes, as well as nurture close relationships with your colleagues in the Sales, Marketing and Tutor department to lead the market to new heights

Who you are:
Personal leadership in working towards set goals, Business acumen, Communication, Ability to learn fast and implement the learnings, Relationship building, Empathy, Adaptability, Prioritisation and time management, Partnership and teamwork, Problem solving
You have 3+ years of working experience in any of these areas: Sales, Customer Service, Customer Success, Product Adoption, Account Management, Relationship Management, Education
You are proficient in Swedish and you are familiar with the Swedish school system
