About the job
We are on the lookout for two Customer Success Managers to join our newly formed Customer Success Management team. This new team will be focusing on customer contract fulfillment from an operational perspective and work in close collaboration with appointed customer, KAM and operations. The Customer Success management team is a global discipline under business area Energy Storage, and will be operating regionally, close to both KAM and appointed customer. Client accounts are within the telecom and energy storage segments.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will monitor Polarium’s performance and contract fulfillment through KPIs, report these to customer and follow up on Root Cause Analysis, Corrective Actions, Back on Track, and preventive actions. You will cooperate with customer regarding forecasts and forecast accuracy. You will be responsible for managing reoccurring communication with customer when constraints or phase out/ins until back on track.
Qualification and experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience from working with large global customer accounts in either a customer Service role, inside sales role or as a customer facing project manager
- Experience from creating, analyzing, and reporting KPIs internally and externally
- Experience from driving and implementing new or improved processes and ways of working with customer
- Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office package
- Excellent English skills both verbally and in writing
