Macade is one of the world’s fastest growing startups within golf apparel, worn by some of the brightest shining stars on the PGA, LPGA and European Tour. The brand was founded in 2019 by offering a small collection of sleek, well-fitted and thoroughly tested gear to our friends and families. Now, after clothing over 60.000 golfers worldwide, our mission has grown.
We are currently looking for someone with a passion for communication and who is naturally service-oriented. Your primary focus will be on customer satisfaction through digital communication and service via multiple different platforms. You will join our small but diverse team of motivated talents where you’ll have the opportunity to build a customer service team around you as well as influence the culture. If you enjoy working in an entrepreneurial and rapidly-evolving environment, this role is for you.
Some of the things you’ll do:
Responsible for Macade Golf’s front-line communication with our community.
Create value for our customers in our digital channels; mainly email, chat, Facebook DMs and Instagram DMs.
Be the natural and important link between Macade Golf and our community of customers.
Answering questions and solving different types of problems the customer may face.
Drive loyalty and engagement by providing exceptional customer service.
Optimize the customer journey and experience to ensure that our community receives amazing service and also support in the implementation of long-term solutions to further develop the experience.

What about you?
To thrive in the role, you should be comfortable working in a digital work environment and be able to switch between different forums such as social media comment sections, mail, chats, and order management programs. We believe that you are fast on the keyboard, love to solve problems and, like us, have a passion for sports.
