We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to help us build and maintain relationships with our ever-growing list of customers in the United States!

Your profile:
You’re a native English speaker - talkative and able to confidently carry a conversation over the phone. You’re able to think on your feet, multitask and organize your workload efficiently. You find solutions to customers’ problems while steering the call in the right direction. Above all, you are motivated and capable of reaching and exceeding goals.
It helps if you’re comfortable around technology and have prior experience in sales, customer service, or account management.
We provide performance incentives for all of our sales and customer service representatives.
Responsibilities:
Managing inbound and outbound calls
Generate and convert sales leads
Identify and address customer needs
Build long term rapport with several customer accounts
Meet sales and call handling quotas
Handle customer feedback and provide solutions and alternatives.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English (Native proficiency)
Proven background in dealing with customers
Strong phone contact skills, active listening
Familiarity with CRM systems (Hubspot)
Time management skills
