We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our CX Team in Europe. You will play an instrumental role in developing and managing existing small to medium sized customers, expanding Efficy’s market share and customer satisfaction in your account area.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks
- Manage incoming customer inquiries as well as proactively contacting customers.
- Act on customer needs identified by other departments or data analytics in relation to your customers
- Contact and welcome newly onboarded customers
- Contact customers identified to be at risk for churn through data analytics
- Independently identify new possibilities and projects for existing customers
- Ensure constructive and productive conversations with existing customers regarding their solutions and their needs going forward
- Develop our customers together with your colleagues in Efficy’s training, consulting and strategic services teams.
- Stay up to date on our Marketing and CRM products (don’t worry we will train you)
About you
- You are curious and have and ability to easily learn technical products
- You are a good communicator and are comfortable communicating around technical products
- You are structured and enjoy working in a fast paste environment
- You have an easy time understanding processes and workflows
- You can identify and present solutions to customers problems
- Business level Norwegian, Swedish and English are mandatory and other European languages would be an advantage
- You have good negotiation skills (don’t worry this is something we can help you with)
