Customer Success Manager

We’re now looking for a Customer Success Manager that will report to the Manager for Software Sales and Marketing where you are responsible to secure customer satisfaction for the Advanced Planning software offers CoroPlus Tool Path and CoroPlus Tool Library.
About the job
In this role, you’re an advocate for the team securing a global plan for customer satisfaction within the Advanced Planning area. Your focus is on onboarding new customers and securing they can get up to speed as fast as possible and be one step closer to achieving their goals and securing their success and satisfaction. You build customer relations and drive commercial tactics and go to market model. As well as analyzing market data and identifying potential business growth through cross and up-selling. You will be part of a small and agile team that works closely with the major CAM and simulation software’s to secure the success of our joint solutions.
The role is flexible within Sweden.
About you
We’re looking for someone with a Degree in Engineering, Business or equivalent work-life experience. You have solid experience in product management, engineering, or portfolio management. Professional experience in the manufacturing industry (industrial OEM) or from CAD/CAM software business is a big plus. And a commercial mindset, combined with a healthy technical background is mandator. As we’re a global business, you also need to be fluent in business English, while Swedish is an advantage.
In addition to your industry and technical knowledge we’re sincerely interested in your personality. You’re a creative and flexible problem solver with a strong customer acumen and interaction skills with internal and external customers. You have a demonstrated strategic way of working you handle time management very well and your empathic customer focused approach, you understand our customers dilemmas. Also, with your great communication skills and empowering and inspiring leadership in line with our company core values, you develop both our business and your co-workers.
