We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to our client!
Background and description of assignment
Be responsible to secure customer satisfaction for the Advanced Planning software offers CoroPlus Tool Path and CoroPlus Tool Library.
Active support.
Reach out to existing users, mostly trial users, and make sure that they are happy.
Reactive support
Assisting users that contacts us with everything from activating licenses to answer questions on data error or missing 3D models.
When needed get help from Product/Development team
Actively promoting the applications.
Collect feedback from users and deliver that back to the development team
