Are you our new colleague in 3D Printing?
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Success manager to join our growing 3D Printing Customer success team!
About the role
The role will be located in one of our swedish offices: Västerås or Värnamo, depending on where you as an applicant is located.
You will be part of our customer success team as an account manager and develop relationship and customer offering on the current account list covering aftermarket products within 3D printing. You ensure the success and satisfaction of our customers who have purchased 3D printing products.
The aftermarket team work together to maximize the process efficiency and productivity within PLM. By providing excellent support and guidance, you help customers achieve their desired outcomes.
Primary responsibilities: you will have a varied everyday work life and tasks, including but not limited to;
Build strong relationships with customers and serve as their primary point of contact.
Customer engagement, inbound and outbound activities and ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
Sales enablement on aftermarket products – preventative maintenance, relocations, materials.
Manage installed base service agreement renewals.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products, materials, or services that align with customer needs.
Provide regular reports on customer satisfaction, usage trends, and key performance indicators to the management team.
Improvement and development projects linked to aftermarket.
Escalation management, project led interactions to customers, suppliers and internally.
Develop web shop usage by customer engagement.

About You
We expect you to be service minded and have a project lead personality. You have some experience in achieving sales targets.
You need to be self motivated and eager to develop in our fast pace moving 3D business. You need to be fluent in Swedish and have good English as this is our corporate language.
It is an advantage if you have experience in Dynamics and some knowledge of 3D printing.
About 3D Printing team
Our 3DP team is a fast growing team in a start up environment. We are 20 people present in five countries. The customer success team will start this year with ambition to quadruple within years. A candidate with leadership skills is more than welcome to grow into a team leader role when team expand.
