We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who likes to work in a highly dynamic, friendly, and fun environment.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will manage client relationships and play an important part in many aspects of our scale-up, which involves sales, product development, marketing, and business development. You will work closely with the rest of the Customer Success team, as well as with our CEO, CPO, and senior Sales Executives.
Responsibilities
As we are a growing company, you will assume the responsibility of a wide variety of tasks and have a big impact in shaping your role. A few examples of tasks that will be carried out on a normal workday:
You will be involved in supporting the sales team from the first meeting with a potential new client throughout the entire sales process and ensuring a smooth onboarding and adoption of Mitigram services.
You will work together with our tech, marketing, sales and product teams to meet our customers’ expectations and to assess growth opportunities.
You will identify opportunities for cross/up selling.
You will participate in marketing related efforts when it comes to e.g. rolling out new functionalities.
You will continuously educate and train clients on Mitigram services through webinars and meetings.

Experience
Minimum Bachelor’s degree
Experience in client facing roles and comfortable with having direct contact with clients.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Additional language skills, preferably in a European or Asian language is a plus.

Good drive, ambition, and an open personality.
Passionate about creating the best possible outcomes for the clients.
Capable of building strong and trusting relationships.
Ability to travel abroad (10-20%) if and when travel can be done Covid-19 safely.
