Life Inside is an employer branding and employee video platform which allows our customers to effortlessly create, share and publish employee video testimonials right on their career site, job ads, and website - allowing them to take control of their employer brand. We’re scaling up fast and now we’re searching for a Customer Success Manager to guide our users to reach their business goals.

Your role
- Ongoing contact with customers to proactively see, understand and ascertain their needs
- Follow the customers’ use of the product through data-driven analysis to ensure effectiveness
- Take fresh initiatives to guide our customers to achieve their goals
Who you are
- Driven by results and business opportunities
- Service-minded
- Thrive in fast-paced environments
Your skills
- B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English
- Great at building and managing customer relationships
- A confident and engaging travel guide on the customer journey
