Customer Success Manager - Insurance

Together we impact lives globally by building healthcare 2.0. Now we are looking for a Customer Success manager who wants to be a part of shaping how tomorrow's healthcare looks.

Joining our Commercial Team as a Customer Success Manager means that you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities with current and potential clients. You will work closely with our team of experts to understand the unique needs of our clients and tailor our solutions to meet those needs to improve the way healthcare is delivered today.

Through a close customer dialogue and a good understanding of the customers business, you will also ensure that the customers use of our products is constantly improved. You will earn our customers trust and become their champion on whom they will rely deeply. We are now looking for a CSM for our Insurance and Private Payors customers in Sweden and Norway.

Key responsibilities:

- Identifying and prospecting new business opportunities

- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders

- Developing and delivering sales presentations and product demonstrations

- Negotiating and closing deals, meeting and exceeding sales targets

- Contract management

- Staying up to date on industry trends and competitor activity

We believe you have:

- Proven track record of sales success in the healthcare industry

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong business acumen and understanding of the healthcare industry

- Strong problem-solving skills. You are solution-oriented, data-driven, and have a flexible mindset with a good understanding of, and interest in, digital tools.

- Fluency in English and Swedish

- Only applicants based in Stockholm will be considered
