Are you good at explaining things in simple terms? Do you have experience growing and managing customers throughout their lifetime? Are you a fluent Italian speaker with experience working with clients in Italian and English speaking markets?
Your.Rentals is looking for a Customer Success Manager to be responsible for the growth of our Italian and English speaking key accounts.
What will I be doing?
As a Customer Success Manager, your role is to engage with our customers, helping them to improve the results from using our software (SaaS). You will use the phone and online tools such as Hubspot and Google Meet to engage in both inbound and outbound conversations with your accounts. Your goal will be to ensure the growth of your account portfolio in terms of revenue and active listings per account.
Responding to Inbound contacts from your accounts, by phone calls, emails and in-app messaging (live chat).
Making Outbound contacts to your accounts, by phone calls, emails and in-app messaging (push messaging and live chat).
Engaging in conversations with your accounts to answer their questions, and help them earn more / save more time from using our software - using phone calls, emails, in-app messaging and online meetings/demos.
Develop a relationship with each account in your portfolio to understand their business needs, and build a stronger profile of each account.
Growing the value of your portfolio by analysing portfolio and individual account performance, spotting opportunities and creating monthly plans to drive growth.
Working closely with our customer support and technical team to solve user issues.
Working hands-in-hands with Sales executives to ensure a perfect user experience.
Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of our product and its value to users.
Working with other parts of our company to improve our product offering and business processes.


Skills and experience
We're looking for a positive self-starter, with previous inside sales experience, account management experience and a lot of ambition.
What you'll definitely need to bring:
1-3 years of work experience in Account Management, CSM or Business development.
Fluent business written/spoken Italian.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Natural confidence in cold calling, speaking with customers and controlling conversations.
Exceptional listening skills combined with the ability to synthesise information.
Experience analysing a portfolio of key accounts.
Confident computer skills (PC or Mac), G suite.
Strong self organisation and time management.
Intellectual curiosity and good problem solving skills.
Goal driven attitude.
Work permit allowing you to work in Sweden (EU national).

Nice to have experience:
Experience in a SaaS or other software company.
Use of a live chat software, CRM software or case based customer support software. (ever nicer if experience with Hubspot)
Experience in using spreadsheets and manipulating data.
Fluency in another language.
