Our costumer Blika Group is a company with 70 employees and operates in both Sweden and Germany. Since 1989 Blika has been a leading partner in supporting the digitalization of tax and legal departments of large multinationals. They provides web applications (SaaS) aimed at multinational corporations and will become the obvious SaaS platform within their compliance niche and continue to grow strongly. They are driven by making the difficult easy, sharing knowledge with customers and colleagues and doing it in a pleasant way and always managing the trust they receive. Blika offer exciting projects in an international environment and are now looking for their next technical Costumer Success Manager!

YOUR ROLE:

In your role as a Customer Success Manager you will work in an exciting environment where you often get to be a detective and receive support questions by costumers. You guide the customers on Blikas platform and troubleshoot the system. You are responsible for reporting on the platform on behalf of the client and work with head office functions in multinational groups as well as with their subsidiaries all over the world.

Tasks that may occur:

Provide support for the platform and how to use it

Consult our customers and manage their reporting in our platform

Help design documentation and instructions

System testing

WHO ARE YOU?

Are you working in a service role today and have the technical skills? Are you a technical problem solver who loves helping clients achieve their goals - then this is the perfect position for you.

You have excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken. Swedish skills is an advantage. You have a big technical interest, enjoy working with complex software and to work closely with costumers. You are confident in managing all parts of the Microsoft Office package. You are a structured and positive person with previous work experience from a customer related position. Furthermore, you maintain a good structure in your daily work and take great personal responsibility in your daily tasks.
If you previously have managed a software, that's a big plus!
