About the role
We are looking for a professional Customer Success Manager (CSM), with experience within the PCB manufacturing industry, to work closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the products, services and support they receive and to drive improvement in those areas of dissatisfaction.
The purpose of this role is to; drive proliferation at key accounts which can serve as a model for future deployments, Identify and remove gaps in our technology solutions while also improving the quality of the products and to increase Total Contract Value (TCV) and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)
Area of responsibility
· Assess customer requirements and propose technical solutions and guidance in collaboration with Sales, Account Management and Services teams.
· Ensure excellent delivery of service, quality deliverables and the highest level of customer satisfaction possible
· Develop a deep understanding of the customer’s Use Model and identify their critical business objectives.
· Assist customers in planning and understanding the best ways to utilize Valor products based on the customer’s business needs and constraints, while being a trusted partner and delivering & articulating ROI.
· Coordinate activities with the respective account Sales, Business Development and Customer Support, Product, Research and development (R&D) team members
· Collaborate with Solution Validation team in building Solution design that meets customer requirements
· Act as the liaison between customers and R&D
Your qualifications
· Experience in IT and networking related products deployments
· Experience in working with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers
· BS Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
· Exceptionally strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage customer project stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
· Experience in Project Management and/or full lifecycle software development process to effectively manage the complexities of the business solution
· Be comfortable working in an agile environment, working with multiple customers on multiple projects concurrently.
· Knowledge in MES/Digital Manufacturing solutions for PCB Assembly is advantageous
· Comfortable with delivering training and presentations
· Ability to drive innovation in product development through customer feedback
· Willingness to travel periodically on a global basis ~20%
Our office is located in Solna Business park, and we work in Hybrid mode.
