Mission
The Customer Success Manager (CSM) role is the primary point of responsibility and accountability to ensure that we maximize value for their 6th Sense customer partners. The CSM acts as a trusted advisor, bringing Epiroc’s best solutions, innovations, and capabilities to their customers and matching them to the customer’s business goals to drive greater business value.
You will onboard new 6th Sense customers - ensure the customer has a positive onboarding experience with new 6th Sense technology, together with our regional teams. As the CSM you build an unbreakable relationship with your customer(s), developing partnerships and ensuring continuous cooperation resulting in repeated business.
The CSM, through strong customer management, communication, and collaboration, will ultimately ensure that we grow our underground 6th Sense business, profitably. You will help our customers improve by enabling them to move through the 6th sense journey, optimizing usage of our solutions including automation and digital products, helping them with their internal change management and supporting overall process improvements.
As CSM you proactively collect and analyze feedback - understand what your customers want, how to improve their experience of our products, and how to increase customer loyalty. You will act as the Voice of the Customer – you are the advocate for your customers, and must ensure the organization as a whole understands our customers problems and how our product portfolio creates value.
Your Profile
To be the best fit for this position we believe you have a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering or related discipline. Equivalent combination of education and experience maybe considered in lieu of degree. You are familiar with underground mining/tunneling equipment and processes and it is an asset if you have experience working directly with underground mining customers.
You have minimum of 5 years managing customer relationships and have a process improvement experience. Direct sales or commercial experience is considered an asset.
Fluency in written and spoken English is necessary for this position, as you will have many global interactions. Skills in Spanish is considered an asset but is not a requirement. Proficient level skills in MS Office, specifically PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook. You will also need a valid/active driver’s license for this position.
We are looking for you who are great in creating and maintaining relationships and have strong project management skills. You have the understanding of underground mining processes and the impact of change management. Besides your management skills you need to have strong collaboration and influencing abilities. You also have excellent listening, presentations, and communication skills.
Location and travel
The location of the position is flexible but preferably in the EMEA region.
Regular travel to the division HQ in Orebro Sweden to project/customer sites will be required.
