We're looking for a person with impeccable relational skills who creates win/win situations for all parties involved. Our user base is growing rapidly in the US and would love for you to come help us take care of them!


Responsibilities:

Work to identify and/or develop upsell opportunities.
Advocate customer needs/issues


Qualifications:

- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills. (American english)
Detail oriented
- Analytical.
- Strong team player but still a self-starter.
- You have no problem working in a multi-tasking environment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly.


Requirements:

You're eager to learn, adapt and work in a casual startup environment!

You must be absolutely fluent in english, both written and verbal.
