We are looking for a Customer success manager- Google for Education, who will support educators, schools, organizations and ideas that pave the way for transforming how we teach students and how we build the next generation of digital leaders. Overall Responsibilities:
In this role, you will provide program management excellence in the Google for Education team to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. You will work both directly with customers and via scalable programs drive business results. You will be responsible for creating, implementing and managing Google for Education specific programs in Nordics together with in-market teams to achieve agreed goals and targets. You´ll support the growing usage of our products by launching scalable activities to Nordic markets.
Top Responsibilities:
• Create, design and execute on Google for Education specific programs aligned with the Nordic for Education strategy and the local team´s goals.
• Planning and execution of Google for Education marketing initiatives (Events, trainings, outreach programs etc).
• Analyze data to Identify upsell opportunities and work with the sales teams and/or creation of initiatives and programs to close them.
• Work with a list of Google for Education customers to drive usage and upsell of products.
Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:
• BA/BS degree (or equivalent practical experience).
• Excellent communication, organization and program/project management skills.
• Analytical and strategic capabilities with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and develop creative solutions.
• Hands on experience from the education sector.
• Ability to speak and write in English and another Scandinavian language.
Non-Essential Skills/Qualifications:
• Understanding of Google for Education offering and solutions.
• Experience working with school leaders.
• Experience as part of a sales team.
