An exciting opportunity has become available with one of our clients for a Customer Success Representative.
This role will play a crucial role in securing continued growth of their business into the global marketplace. Their ground-breaking CRM solutions are becoming more and more synonymous with a growing number of international clients. They are looking for an all-rounder that shares their passion for Sales and helping clients build and drive successful behavior in B2B sales.
The primary tasks associated with the role;
Setting up new customers in the internal systems from all 4 corners of the globe
Managing the invoice procedures for customers as well as staying on top of resellers commissions
Schedule important update meetings with customers
Assisting customers with support questions
Your profile;
Service-mindedness, you understand the clients’ needs and know how to help them
Our client lives and breathes complex sales solutions, so an understanding and interest in this field is vital to success
You are a skilled communicator, and English is your native language
You are digital and tech-savvy; the software platforms you will be representing are cutting edge
