Encare develops and offers a cloud-based system for activating ERAS® “best practice” guidelines in hospitals for various surgical areas, for instance colorectal, gynaecology and bariatric surgeries, etc. The goal with ERAS® is further develop the perioperative care and improve recovery after surgery through implementation of evidence-based best practice. By complying with the ERAS®, Encare enables hospitals to significantly improve patient outcome by reducing complications, shorten length of stay after surgery and hence reduce healthcare spend. Encare had a turnover of 20 MSEK in 2018 and has had an average growth of 25% per year over the last five years.

Encare, a Swedish health tech company, offers a cloud-based system for activation of ERAS® “best practice” guidelines in hospitals, resulting in improved patient care and significant healthcare cost savings. The company has a world-wide user base and is now seeking a Customer Success Representative eager to contribute to the global roll out.
The Role
As a Customer Success Representative, you together with the sales team are the customer facing ambassador for Encare. You will be responsible for ensuring successful onboarding for new customers, assisting current customers with support and gather feedback for product improvements. Other work tasks of importance:
• Together with the Sales team, anticipate customer needs and problems before they surface; develop deep customer intuition to empower customers to achieve their goals when using Encare’s product.
• Support customer to ensure product satisfaction.
• Manage and use Encare’s tools for customer relationship management (CRM).
• Compile reports on KPIs such as usage, support etc on Encare’s products.
• Develop Encare’s ability to communicate effectively on a variety of digital platforms to perform research of target market.
You will report to the Sales Manager and be the spider in the web, communicating with the sales team, customer service function, customers at the clinics and external partners.

Your profile

Qualifications:
• Academic degree or equivalent, meritorious with degree in Healthcare or Life Science.
• 1-2 years of work experience from relevant sales or customer service roles within the Healthcare or Life Science industry.
• Good knowledge in relevant IT-tools, MS Office, CRM systems.
You are systematic, structured, flexible and have an openminded approach towards colleagues and customers. At Encare you work in a global environment requiring that you speak and write English fluently.
