Job Description
As the Customer Success Specialist you will be responsible for supporting our existing customers on their journey towards increasing adoption and adapting Google Workspace solutions to help them achieve their goals.
You will provide onboarding, training and best practice guidance on how to use the tools at their disposal, accommodating different levels of customers’ technical expertise. In order to assure their satisfaction you will resolve arising issues (both technical and otherwise), either by yourself or in cooperation with our team of experts.
You will be working with many varied customers from scale ups, retail, technology, gaming and entertainment, to the public sector. Regular customer touchpoints will allow you to maintain a solid overview on the customer status and identify possible business development opportunities. Building relationships based on trust and adding real value to their business will allow you to secure customer loyalty and retention.
Qualifications
Good knowledge of Google Workspace solutions, preferably confirmed by certification. Experience with O365 and similar solutions is a big bonus!
Excellent communication and presentation skills befitting a customer-facing role
Ability to provide high-quality customer onboarding and training
Ability to communicate and explain complex technical concepts to varied audiences
Previous experience in support and/or service desk role
Fluency in both Swedish and English (hard requirement)
