Job Description:
As a Customer Success Specialist you will play a key role in creating and establishing automated workflows and efficient methods for collecting, interpreting, and communicating customer feedback. Your main responsibilities will include:
* Survey Framework: Lead the process of building a compliant CX survey framework, including Salesforce setup and CX dashboards in Power BI.
* Business Reporting: Develop and establish ways of working for creating reports, newsletters, operational reviews, etc. Create a process for conducting feedback analysis and educating business owners on different company levels.
* Stakeholder and Market Alignment: Launch surveys in new markets, validate survey translations, educate, and onboard stakeholders.
* Feedback Loop Project: Scale up the Feedback Loop project, defining the process of how the organization takes action on given feedback on an individual level.
Competence Requirements:
* Previous experience in Customer Experience and Feedback measurement (NPS, CSAT, CES, PSAT, etc.).
* Experience in Project Coordination.
* Experience in working with CRM tools (Salesforce experience is valuable).
* Social skills, including training and onboarding for technical solutions.Fluent in English, both in written and spoken communication at a business level.
