Verendus was founded in 2010 in Jönköping, with the aim of revolutionizing the recreational vehicle (RV) industry through great software. With Verendus SaaS solutions RV dealers can work with higher efficiency and quality throughout all their operations, both on- and offline. With over 500 customers in Europe we are the market leading player in our segments. One absolutely key factor for reaching this position has been our great customer service, which we now want to build even stronger - and this is where you come in.
The role
You will be the first point of contact for our customers when they need help with how to use our solutions. When not on the phone or replying to customer tickets, you will work together with your teammates on solving more complicated queries or on internal tasks e.g. improving our self-service solutions, preparing customer onboardings, price list management or customer analytics.
You will learn fast from your teammates; they will be there to guide and support you throughout your onboarding and onwards - for Q/A and high-fives when serving customers with great service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Accepting all incoming customer support requests in Germany
- Answering support requests directly or coordinate with your colleagues
- Preparing price lists for vehicles, special equipment and spare parts for the system import
- Actively accompany new customers in the onboarding process; which includes working toward deadlines and action plans and ensure that old data is transferred to Verendus
- There is a lot more happening in team Customer Success where you will have the possibility to jump in and help e.g. producing tutorial videos, system training content, webinars and overall customer development if you want to
About you
You have a service-oriented attitude and experience from customer service, preferably in an IT-oriented environment or in the automotive or RV industry. You know how to deal with people, build trust and how to help users solve their queries in a friendly yet professional and efficient manner. You work in a solution-oriented way and have the "grit" to push through even difficult situations.
You bring passion and can-do attitude, which are personal traits that will make you a star within Verendus.
Apart from this, you have:
- Fluent knowledge of German
- Good English knowledge
- Good computer skills, experience from working in Excel
