We are now looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join Timmas office in Stockholm. Timma is a complete salon management system for all modern-day hair and beauty professionals. One of their main values is putting people first. That applies both to how to treat each other at Timma, and how to communicate with clients. Being helpful and reliable is in their DNA, so it is important to connect strongly with this value.
Timma wants to create the best possible experience for their customers from start to finish and in everyday use. Working in the customer service team is a combination of understanding the software system, knowledge about the salon industry, and problem-solving skills. In addition to customer service, you would also be taking care of some of the everyday tasks around the office. You would keep a close contact with our customers and make sure they are doing well. With self-reliance and a customer-oriented attitude, you are sure to get far!

Arbetsuppgifter
* Help our customers to use Timma to their full potential – everything from integrations and best practices to training opportunities
* Work proactively with renewals
* Build strong customer relationships
* Find new business opportunities with our existing customers, in the form of expansion sales and upselling
* Develop and improve ways of working with customer satisfaction together with the team
Din profil
* Proficiency in both Swedish & English languages
* Excellent customer service skills and experience in that field
* Willingness to communicate over various mediums, including phone, e-mail, and chat
* Tech-savvy person who enjoys working with IT and on computers
* Basic knowledge of Windows & Mac (how to find system settings, printers, installing programs)
* Basic knowledge of iPhone/Android/Ipad
* Microsoft Office skills
We believe that you are a person that is curious and creative. Presenting ideas and taking initiative is second nature to you. We believe that a as a Customer Success Specialist and colleauge, you have great communication skills. That is reflected in both your work and in team-based situations.
