This is a 6-month consultancy opportunity (fulltime) starting ASAP, with a possibility for extension. The office is located in Stockholm.

Role description:

 

This role is within the Customer Supply Chain team as an analyst. The role means working a lot within SAP and with Excel and you´ll be actively involved in weekly Event management. You´ll be focusing on:

• Executing the entry of new customer promotions, initiatives, and customer events into SAP system.
• Analysis of previous week Events performance and reflecting balance in the system.
• Accumulated analysis of Events performance and managing root cause accordingly to enable corrective actions.
• Admin of fines and delivery issues reported by customers.
• Run several reports related to events planning and service results daily/weekly/ monthly.

Your profile:

We´d like it if you are collaborative, have good social skills and that you are analytical.

Other skills needed:

• Effectiveness in communication, including writing, speaking and interpersonal communication.
• Independent and disciplined.
• Advanced data analysis and data visualization. Ideally proficient in Power BI and Knime. But it´s fine if you have just used this during your studies.
• Good MS Excel skills.
• Be used to a fast-paced working environment.
• SAP experience or other ERP system is a strong merit but not must.
• University degree from relevant field is an advantage (for example logistics).
• Fluent in English.
• Fast learner and ownership.
