Are you passionate about providing customer support and do you have a mechanics background? Is technical problem solving something that engages you and spurs you to find new solutions?
We are looking for Customer Support to join the team of Bromma. In this role, several exciting challenges are combined in one and the same professional; top class customer service, technical challenges and pure problem solving.
The purpose of the position is to take care of customer support via our QSR(Quality service report) system, update salesmen and act as a supporting link with and together with the global responsible QSR department.
This position is located in Kista, Sweden, and you will report Service Manager; BRM Sales & After Sales EMEA After Sales Services.
Main tasks and responsibilities
In this role you will support and observe together with the responsible global QSR team that all parts, tools and equipment are in line with our repair procedure, and ensure that all of them can be exploited properly and efficiently. You will collaborate with the global QSR department to process all cases reported in the QSR system and demonstrate willingness to find solutions and to keep control of QSRs.
Other responsibilities:
Administer QSR system and handles customers’ queries and claims
Communicate and report directly plans and any other matters to the sales representative and the service engineers
Produce QSR statistics on a regular basis required for analysis and further actions

What you’ll need to succeed
Education:
High school or any other relevant degree.

Experience:
Knowledge of the basics of mechanics and hydraulics
2 + years of relevant business or product experience, hands on technical skills
Experience as a technical customer support.

Competencies:
Overall computer skills
Technical background
Fluent in English.
