Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer support and ready to take your career to the next level? We are searching for a dedicated Customer Support to become an integral part of our team. In this role, you´ll have the opportunity to manage your own customer portfolio, ensuring their needs are met and providing top-tier service.
As a Customer Support, you´ll be at the forefront of our order management team, overseeing your dedicated customer portfolio. Your primary mission is to ensure that our company consistently delivers a world-class customer experience, exceeding customer expectations and contributing significantly to our overall success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive internal and external customer support, including technical assistance, order guidance, and payment-related help.
• Take complete ownership of customer cases to enhance satisfaction, collaborating effectively with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and other internal and external teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate issue resolution with our After-Sales Service and Spare Parts teams.
Key Qualifications
• You are driven, service-oriented, and exceptionally organized.
• You thrive in a team-oriented environment, possess excellent communication skills, and genuinely enjoy collaborating with people.
• You have a keen interest in both the technical and commercial aspects of business
• Your academic background includes engineering or relevant work experience within this domain.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal (additional languages are a definite advantage).
About the position
The assignment is a consultant position with employment at Adecco. The start will take place as soon as possible after agreement.
This assignment is onsite with the possibility of remote work 30% of the time.
