Job Description
We are looking for a Finnish speaking Customer Support Administrator to our client in Solna.
Our client is one of the world's most comprehensive and broadly-based manufacturer of health care products, as well as a provider of related services, for the consumer, pharmaceutical, and medical devices and diagnostics markets.
In this roll, you will provide customer support, including order processing, query handling, sales support, and communication with internal and external customers. We are looking for a professional and friendly person who will enjoy a multicultural and quality driven work environment.

Qualifications
- You have minimum 1 year experience in a Customer Service Environment.
- You are fluent Finnish, both oral and written. Knowledge in one more Nordic language is a big plus.
- You have good knowledge in Windows applications, such as Word/Excel/Outlook.
- SAP knowledge is an advantage.
Personal qualities
You have organizational skills and excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills. You have excellent telephone manner and professional writing skills. You are a team player, have excellent customer focus and numerical skills.
Admission and Application
Full time position, 40 hours per week. The position will start as soon as possible, and the assignment is expected to run for 11 months, with possible extension.
