David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy. They are seeking to onboard a Swedish-speaking Customer Support Advisor to join their teams in Greece to support bank clients.
Position: Customer Support Advisor
Location: Remote anywhere in Greece
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle all incoming contacts from customers of a banking company through various channels (phone, email and chat)
Develop your knowledge continuously to effectively answer customer queries and resolve potential issues
Use adequate tools, processes and/or methods to ensure the provision of accurate, valid, and complete information
Make sure that great levels of client service is delivered at all times and ensure a positive experience.
REQUIREMENTS:
C2 level of Swedish and B2 English, both oral and written
Passionate about customers and customer service
Problem-solving skills
Upbeat and positive attitude
Stable internet connection
Ability to identify, apply and explain your product and/or service expertise with clarity.
