We are looking for a customer support agent on behalf of our client. As a customer support agent, you will answer emails, chats, and administrate returns. Some phone calls might also occur. You will be working mainly online and will be working in digital customer support tools.
Requirements
- Digitally skilled
- Previous experience within a similar role, experience from e-commerce is a merit
- Can-do attitude who thrives in start-up environments, previous experience from a start/ scale-up is a merit
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills
- A University degree in a relevant field is a strong merit
- Previous experience working in a relevant system such as Zendesk or similar
