We're therefore expanding our fantastic Customer Success Team!

As part of our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for the most important communication we have - the one towards our existing users.
Today we are known for having a fantastic customer service and we want to give our customers the support they didn't think was possible.
With a response time of an average two minutes and a “happiness rating” of 98%, we strive for 🤩 & 😃 in each contact, and now has over 70,000 recruiters who use our web service on a daily basis.

What you will do:

- Help our customers in the support chat
- Focus on technical problem solving and work closely with our product team
- Proactively reach out to our customers to provide support, education material and webinars


Who you are:

- A tech savvy person and a doer
- A clear and good communicator
- Ability to analyse and a thirst for learning
- Looking for a workplace where no day is the other day alike, where we are engaged, all whilst having fun!
- Fluent, both written and spoken, in Swedish and English and preferably a third language
- Previous experience within customer support is a plus
