Customer Support Agent

Westermo is currently looking for an order agent in our office in Stora Sundby. This is an opportunity for you, as a service minded person, to be a member of the Westermo customer service team. Job Description
As an order agent in the order team you will provide timely, responsive service with integrity, simplicity and a passion for excellence while meeting or exceeding the customers' expectations. You will be part of a global team which is characterized by openness and good team spirit, handling customer service for clients from all over the world.

Your main tasks will be:

- Order processing
- Prepare quotations
- Provide information to customers
- Cooperate with different teams
- Keeping order and customer data up to date


To be successful in this role you need to be a problem solver, who takes own initiative and have strong communication skills. You will have both internal and external contacts and be an important part of the team.

Minimum Qualifications

- Strong customer service skills
- High quality written & verbal communication in Swedish and English
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
- High school diploma
- At least two years experience from similar positions


Relevant meritorious qualifications are ERP experience and/or an academic degree.
