Kappahl is seeking our next star agent to our headquarter in Mölndal. With lots of energy and a high level of ambition, you bring our Newbie customer a service experience beyond their expectations. You have a keen fashion interest and deep knowledge of our brand Newbie – and a natural talent for top notch service towards new and existing customers

We offer you
You will be part of our customer support team in our headquarter in Mölndal. You will be the Kappahl voice to our customers and also the customers voice into our organization, therefor having a close dialogue with other teams within Kappahl.
Our goal is to dazzle the customer with our sense of service and fast and correct response. Your task is to find the best solution in each and every customer interaction and to support store and office colleagues within the markets of Newbie. Examples of questions have a wide range from assortment, fashion advice, fashion in general, order, deliveries, reclaims and sustainability.
Customers will contact us via phone, e-mail and social media. We have open during office hours on weekdays and you will be scheduled accordingly.
Your profile
We seek you with a completed high school education and previous experience of customer support in different contexts. We believe you have a passion for service and to give the customer a first-class experience! It is a merit if you also have been working in store, preferably fashion. We meet customers in many channels in high pace, so you need to be able to keep your professional and caring approach also during stressful situations. You work in front of a computer, switching between different systems, so you need to be a keen IT-user. Kappahl is a fashion company, so this is an opportunity for you that have a high interest in this field.
In this position, we are only looking for applicants with fluent business English or have English as your native language. It is a merit if you also speak Swedish, German, and/or French.

The position is a permanent employment (starting with probation employment) with placement at our head office in Mölndal. We offer a hybrid workplace where you sometimes can work from home.
