The Role: Our Client is a multinational market leader in technology with offices around the world. They are now looking for a number of German speaking Customer Support Agents to join their multinational office in Cork, Ireland. Successful candidates will be working as a first point of contact with the responsibility to make sure that customers receive a world class experience. Solving any customer service issue bye e-mail while escalating problems in accordance with company policies. If you are a driven individual who is up for a challenge, we want to see your CV today!!! Responsibilities: . Handle questions and issues from customers regarding any of the company's products or services. . Most questions will be non technical (for example billing related issues) but it is an advantage if you have a technical interest. . Escalate according to company regulations . To always make sure that customers receive the best possible service, a quality service within agreed timeframe. . Any other tasks requested by management. You! . Are a positive person with strong analytical and communication skills . Have a minimum of 6 months customer service experience. . Must be detail oriented and self-motivated . Are social and function well within a team but are also able to work on your own . Realize that quality of service is important and always work hard to meed your goals and objectives .
