Como Customer Support Agent (Agente de Suporte ao Cliente) aqui na Toca Boca você irá ajudar nossos usuários, as crianças, a resolver os problemas que eles possam ter com nossos aplicativos. Você será um representante da Toca Boca e a voz da nossa marca, garantindo que as crianças (e seus adultos) tenham uma ótima experiência quando vierem nos pedir ajuda.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be a core part of our Customer Support Team. You’ll be the one looking after our growing user base in Brazil and Latin America. Toca Life World now has a huge player base around the world, and millions of them are located in South America (the number keeps on growing every day) so you’ll have plenty to do!
You’ll respond to support tickets, app store reviews and assist in community management activities in Portuguese and Spanish. You’ll also help out your colleagues responding to tickets and reviews in English.
You will use the Toca tone of voice in all communications (don’t worry, we will teach what our tone of voice is) and make our users feel well looked after.
Is this you?
You are a service minded person with native level Portuguese as well as excellent writing skills in both Spanish and English (C1). You have excellent written communication skills and can easily adapt your tone of voice.
You have previous work experience from a profession where service and supporting customers is important, be it customer service, hospitality or similar.

This position is full time and based in our Stockholm office. We apply 6 months of probationary employment. As we’re an international company, with over 10 nationalities working here and millions of users all over the world, you have to be fluent in English. Your application should therefore be in English.
