Customer Support Agent Swedish

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy. They are seeking to onboard a Swedish-speaking Customer Support Advisor and a Team Manager to join their teams in Athens to support a project related to retail.

Remuneration: Base salary.



DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handle all incoming contacts from customers of a retail company through various channels (phone, email and chat)
Develop your knowledge continuously to effectively answer customer queries and resolve potential issues
Use adequate tools, processes and/or methods to ensure the provision of accurate, valid, and complete information
Make sure that great levels of client service is delivered at all times and ensure a positive experience.


REQUIREMENTS:

C1 level of Swedish and B1 English, both oral and written
Passionate about customers and customer service
Problem-solving skills
Upbeat and positive attitude
Ability to cover night shifts on rotation with colleagues
Ability to identify, apply and explain your product and/or service expertise with clarity.
