Here at Lifesum, our fantastic customer support team is working to make our users have the best experience possible when they're in contact with them. Now we're looking for a person who wants to join the team and make sure that reaching out to Lifesum is an excellent experience for our users.
The position is temporary, ranging over one year, and based in Stockholm.
Responsibilities and what you will do:
In this position, you will be the first contact that our users have with Lifesum, and you will work with many different things such as:
- Understand our product in depth
- Communicating with our users via the platform Helpshift, social media, and email offering the best possible service
- Supporting the customer support team with inquiries, complaints, bug reports in Jira, cancellations, billing and more
- Stay well-informed on new features, campaigns, issues
Are you the one we're looking for?
This position is a great way to get to learn the Lifesum product as well as the company. We believe that to succeed in this position, you are a social, optimistic, and service-minded person who loves to help people using your excellent communication skills.
In this role, we would like you to:
- Have previous customer support experience
- Be able to work independently as well as in a team
- Have excellent communication skills in spoken and written Swedish and English (other languages is a big plus)
- Have a "Can-do" attitude and excellent customer-facing skills
- Are very solution-oriented and have the customer's needs in full focus
- Be able to manage your time according to the workload yourself and being able to handle stress and ad-hoc matters
- Have a curious mind with a desire for continuous learning and improvement
- Have the ability to be direct, open, and honest when dealing with customers and coworkers
- Have a strong work ethic and very good organizational skills
Of course, we would be even happier if you have an interest in either health & fitness or food. Still, if you would rather chill on the sofa and watch Game of Thrones, you are equally welcome at Lifesum!
