Sportway is looking for three Customer Support Agents who will contribute to a top-class service towards customers, viewers and clients such as the Danish Ice Hockey Union. ABOUT SPORTWAY
Sportway was founded in 2014 and is an AI-automated sports video and data production company which provides end-to-end, fully automated video production of live sporting events, specializing in lower tier leagues and youth divisions. Their goal is to bring the power of live and on-demand video streaming to organizations everywhere to ensure that all sports, on all levels are available for everyone.
In the beginning of 2020, Sportway had more than 200 installations throughout Europe, covering sports arenas in Sweden, Norway and Finland. They have now expanded to also manage installations in Denmark and the Czech Republic. By the beginning of 2021 the number of installations has more than doubled with an additional +230 arenas.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Together with your support colleagues you will be working on a rolling schedule where you approximately 50% of the time work evenings and weekends and the remaining 50% work during office hours.
When working during office hours you will assist and drive certain projects. This can be having contact with clubs and associations to coordinate regarding new installations at sports arenas or venues. This may include trips to various arenas around Copenhagen and in Denmark.
During evenings and weekends you will support customers and viewers, handling questions via email regarding subscriptions, payments or problems that have arisen with the service or software.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Driving license and have the possibility to travel in Denmark
Possibility to work evenings and weekends
Previous work experience of customer support
Fluent in Danish and in English
IT'S AN ADVANTAGE IF YOU
Speaks another language besides Danish and English
Have a general sport interest and wants to work in collaboration with clubs and the sporting
movement

Are communicative and a great team player
Have a doer personality, you can take responsibility and enjoy working hands-on
Thrives in role where you work with phone and computer as your primary tools
