ABOUT SPORTWAY
Sportway was founded in 2014 and is an AI-automated sports video and data production company which provides end-to-end, fully automated video production of live sporting events, specializing in lower tier leagues and youth divisions. Their goal is to bring the power of live and on-demand video streaming to organizations everywhere to ensure that all sports, on all levels are available for everyone.
At the beginning of 2020, Sportway had more than 200 installations throughout Europe, covering sports arenas in Sweden, Norway, Finland. They have now expanded to also manage installations in Denmark and the Czech Republic. By the beginning of 2021 the number of installations has more than doubled with an additional +230 arenas.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As Customer Support Agent you will work 50% of the time evenings and weekends and the remaining 50% you will work during office hours.
During office hours you will help to run certain projects, which may for example involve having contact with clubs and associations to coordinate new installations in sports arenas. This may include trips to various arenas around Oslo and in Norway.
During evenings and weekends you will support customers and viewers, handling questions trough email regarding example subscriptions, payments or problems that have arisen with the service or software.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Driving license
Possibility to work evenings and weekends
Interest in sports and wants to join the Sportway adventure
You are fluent in English and in Norwegian
IT'S AN ADVANTAGE IF YOU HAVE
Previous work experience of working with service of customer support
Knowledge in another language then Norwegian and English
Knowledge in IT

Are organized and structured in your work
Have a doer personality, you can take responsibility and enjoy working hands-on
Enjoys working with computer and telephone as your primary tools
