Customer Service - Dutch Market

Position: Customer Service
Agent’s duties: Support customers - invoices, parcels, shipping, cancellations, complaints.
No previous experience is required, but service/sales-related experiences are beneficial.
Language Required: Dutch + good English for the training.
Relocation package: The Client takes care of all necessary documentation, paid flight tickets, free airport pick-up and first-month accommodation is paid.
There will also be assistance in finding your own apartment to rent.
Training: 3 weeks/2 weeks depending on the requirement, Monday - Friday.
Salary: 1350 euros gross + bonus of no limits
Working Hours: Shifts between 09:00 until 19:00 or 20:00.
