Position: Customer Support Assistant Manager
Location: Limassol, Cyprus
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Resolve escalated customer inquiries, complaints, and complex issues professionally and promptly
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement strategies to enhance efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer-related issues and ensure a seamless experience
Handle challenging situations to minimize negative impacts on customer satisfaction
Support the professional growth of customer service representatives
Monitor, evaluate, and provide feedback to maintain high-quality customer service
Analyze data and make data-driven decisions to improve the customer experience
Supervise and guide the customer service team, including training and performance evaluations.


REQUIREMENTS:
Native/fluen in English. Additional languages will be considered as advantage
Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a client service department
Previous FX experience is a must
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively guide and motivate a team
Strong aptitude for problem-solving and making sound decisions, including handling escalated customer issues
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic collaborative environment while supervising and coordinating the activities of a customer support team
Proficiency in utilizing customer support software and systems, as well as overseeing their implementation and utilization by the team
Possess an analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights from data and drive performance improvements
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities to effectively prioritize tasks and ensure smooth operations within the customer support function
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience, with a track record of successfully supervising and developing a team in a customer service setting
