Your responsibilities:
- You will provide an exceptional and personalized customer support via different channels, to ensure customer and brand partner retention and satisfaction
- You will analyze and identify clients' needs, offering the best possible solution and/or product
- You will provide response and resolution of users' inquiries within the SLA
- You will maintain service and product knowledge
- You will follow all processes and procedures of the project and escalate potential service issues to management
Hours and Benefits:
- Shift: 39 hours/week, rotative Monday to Saturday 08:00 to 16:00, 5 days/week
- Salary: 21,700 Euros gross/year + up to 2,000 Euros gross/year Bonus

Requirements
That's you:
- You are native in Swedish and have fluent English (spoken and written)
- Ideally, you have previous experience in the e-commerce business (B2B and B2C)
- You are outspoken and eager to learn
- You feel comfortable in fast paced environments and easily adapt to changes
- You have working knowledge of IT platforms and applications
