Customer Support / Bid Project Manager

Academic Resource is looking for a customer support and Bid project manager to Guideline Geo. The purpose of the customer support is to support the global sales organization, including distributors with sales administrative tasks.

Duties
Main responsibilities:
-Order communication with end clients and distributors with regard to changes in terms, ETD, ETA, payments and documentation requirements. Commission handling.
-Finalizing orders including all documentation for hand-over to logistics.
-Bid management ? be responsible for contracts and fulfillment of clauses
-Legal documentation for example Legalizations
-Bank documentation and correspondence including for example letters of credit, bid bonds and performance bonds
-Administratively handle large project order documentation and project management including financial and time utilization/efficiency follow-up.
-Be the link to production (in Malå) and order production against orders. Be responsible for sales/production prognosis and forecasts.
-Implement and document routines and work processes

Qualifications
-Minimum 5-10 year experience of international sales documentation
-Experience of managing large project bids also from the legal aspects
-Service- and sales minded with client focus
-Proven multi-tasking ability
-Fluent speaking/writing in minimum Swedish and English
