Volvo Parts Customer Solutions, is a well-known international player in the automotive segment near Ghent (Oostakker- Belgium).They offer round-the-clock assistance with emergency breakdown services for trucks and busses all over Europe.
Job
You work as a part of the Breakdown co-ordination team where you give road assistance to customers.You do this by acting as the link between the customer on one hand and the dealer net on the other hand.- You look for acceptable solutions for problems related to the breakdown - You keep all the different parties up to date about the progress.You do this in a proactive way.You are part of a team with certain language skills, but throughout the process you work closely together with other teams within the company.
Profile
Being fluent in the following language-combination:
.English + Swedish and Finish
.Other languages are an asset.
.Good knowledge of English is required
.Basic skills in MS Office applications
.Customer-oriented with good communicative skills
.Technical knowledge of trucks and busses is an asset.
.Willing to work in a shift system
We have also part-time possibilities.
