What does your working day look like?
You will be a part of our Customer Service team and your responsibilities include:
· Onboarding customers to our unique omnichannel platform
· Promptly identify and respond to customer questions and provide information to resolve any issue regarding our platform
· Maintain updated knowledge of the Btwentyfour Omnichannel platform
· Documenting customer communications within the company’s CRM system
Our clients are the largest market leading companies in the retail industry of fashion, footwear, sports, outdoor and cosmetics.

· You have worked within the retail industry with for example digital handling of orders and invoices and have knowledge how different IT systems communicate with each other.
· You have experience in technical support within EDI, API, communication protocols and digital solutions.
· You speak German and/or French.
